Bethesda has facilities for all ages and stages. Starting with our Child Daycare and Preschool through our Nursing Home, we are passionate about providing quality and personal care.
Bethesda Home opened its doors in 1969, as a skilled nursing care facility on a 22-acre campus in Aberdeen. Our growth is thanks to the vision and dedicated support by many. Bethesda Home provides private rooms for all residents.
Our Growth:
In 1981, the Bethesda Sharing Center opened to provide child care to employees; later expanded services to the community including daycare and preschool.
In 1985, a vision for a continuum of care was recognized and Bethesda Parkside Apartments were established. (Renamed Parkside Retirement Community at a later date.)
In 1997, Bethesda Towne Square opened to provide assisted living services to meet the need for services between our nursing facilities and apartments.
In 2008, Bethesda In-Home Community Services were added to provide care for people in their home environment.
The K.O. Lee Adult Day Health Center opened in 2014 and provides customized care to allow clients to stay at home longer.
