Big Friend Little Friend of the Mitchell Area

The purpose of Big Friend Little Friend is to empower children through supported mentoring relationships. We envision providing the at-risk youth in the Mitchell area with the opportunity to achieve a future filled with hope through a caring mentoring relationship. Mentoring is a critical strategy for improving the lives of young people, boosting their academic achievement, social development and chances for long term success. The goal of our organization is to teach youth in our area how to be confident, responsible and caring individuals.
