The mission of the Black Hills Regional Homeless Coalition is to end involuntary homelessness by ensuring that adequate services are available and accessible, by empowering homeless individuals to utilize services to achieve self- sufficiency; by increasing the community's awareness of and responsiveness to homelessness; and by seeking long-term societal change.
