Black Hills Works supports more than 600 people with disabilities in Rapid City and the surrounding area. It is our mission to create a community where everyone participates to achieve a life of full potential. We envision a world, and daily work toward this vision, where all people with disabilities are good neighbors, valued friends, productive workers, respected leaders, and caring volunteers.
