Consumer Credit Counseling Service of the Black Hills supports the financial wellness of every person. Our mission is helping improve financial stability through guidance and education. Our vision is: creating a brighter financial future for all people. We serve all of western South Dakota. We provide housing and financial counseling and education programs and a debt management program to help individuals and families achieve and maintain safe and affordable housing, are able to meet their monthly expenses, have the capacity to absorb an expected expense, and are on track to reach their financial goals. We are a HUD approved housing counseling agency, COA accredited, HERO Education provider, NFCC Member, and a United Way agency.
