East River Legal Services

East River Legal Services provides low-income clients with free civil legal assistance, advice and counsel, referrals and legal representation. ERLS is the only provider of free legal services in eastern South Dakota. We serve 33 counties in an area that covers half the state, roughly 37,000 square miles.
