Newell Improvement Committee

The Newell Improvement Committee under the Newell Community Club was formed to plan and raise funds for the completion of a splash pad in the city park to promote physical activity and positive social interaction through leisure activity and recreation programs. This will enhance the quality of amenities available to our population and help children and their families to enjoy the outdoors.
