Oahe Child Development offers Early Head Start and Head Start programs in Hughes, Hyde, Jones, Stanley and Sully Counties in SD. Early Head Start is a home-based program is for pregnant mothers and children birth to three years and Head Start is a free center-based educational program offered to children ages three to five. OCDC is empowering individuals, strengthening families, and building communities for school and life success.
