Pathfinder Center is a 14 bedroom long-term place of refuge for victims of human trafficking located in central SD. Pathfinder Center serves victims of human trafficking throughout SD. Pathfinder Center mission is to help victims find their purpose in life, to heal and become self-sufficient. Pathfinder Center is a place where women are provided a safe space that has 24/7 security system and silent alarms and a 8 foot fence securing the property. Many options are available for women. Pathfinder assist victims with ID's, GED's, online courses, arts and crafts, medical appointments, medications, court advocacy, clothing and many other essential services. Victims of human trafficking and their children can stay up to 24 months.
