South Dakota Sportsmen Against Hunger

We encourage sportsmen to donate part or all of their harvest for those in need through out the state of South Dakota. We have over 40 wild game processors across the state and SAH raises the funds to pay the processors (at a reduced rate) to process wild game into burger to be used at the many pantries and food banks in SD. SAH is close to hitting the on million pounds of donated meat since we started the non-profit in 1991. We partner with Feeding South Dakota to help distribute to those who are truly in need. One in seven families are not food secure in South Dakota. Donations of funds and food items are greatly needed for this program.
