WellFully

WellFully has a 20-year history of providing services to youth in Rapid City between the ages of 10 and 17 who have significant behavioral challenges and co-occurring issues. We are a stand-alone entity that provides residential programs specializing in behavioral health and addiction recovery as well as mobile outreach, educational and scholarship opportunities for over 300 youth per year. WellFully is the only organization in western South Dakota that provides residential group care for abused and neglected teens and residential addiction recovery for adolescents.
